DF Real Estate LLC is seeking a Management Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze market trends, financial data, and project performance to provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize development projects, investment decisions, and overall company operations, focusing on maximizing profitability and efficiency across the real estate lifecycle, from acquisition to asset management, by conducting detailed research, financial modeling, and collaborating with various departments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify growth opportunities with existing clients, and create a targeted prospect list, regularly updating it to ensure active leads are easily identifiable on EP using contact categories. Experience in HR Management, Accounting Management, Project Management Software's like Sage/Corecon/Builder trend and experience of ADP, Pay Chex, QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
Work Location and Travel
The primary work location is Overland Park, KS. However, the role requires travel and work from various unanticipated client worksites throughout the USA.
